This 5th tutorial is all about Lasso Tool in Photoshop. It is one of the most basic tools in Adobe Photoshop. It is used to select specific areas on the Photoshop Layer, Document or Artboard the loose way. You move your mouse (or hand) freely) and select the areas you want.

The only difference between Magnetic Lasso Tool and Lasso Tool is the way both tools work. We have a bit different options for both tools. If you look closely at the Photoshop Option bar , you will see the difference.

The keyboard shortcut key for Lasso tool is letter ‘L’.
