In this 36th tutorial, we are going to learn about Blur Tool. This is one of the most basic tools in Adobe Photoshop for blurring areas as per selected blending modes and strength options. It functions as brush tool. We can increase or decrease its size as we do with brush. We can also change brush tip, angle, and dimension. Different brush presets can also be applied to the blur tool. The use of blur tool is very much straight forward. Although we have blur effects that we can select from the Filter Menu, yet the blur tool is very useful in different projects.
